What do you do at Logical? (What are your responsibilities, day to day, types of accounts, etc)

I manage Logical’s client partnerships through the development of new solutions and strategies to further their goals. I’m the primary point of contact for all of my clients and serve as a liaison between them and their LMG Marketing Teams.

I assist our internal members in communicating timelines, goals, strategies and the best way to deliver those to our clients. I’m also a resource for our internal team providing them needed time, process and training to ensure they’re able to deliver their best work.

My overall goal as an Account Manager is to ensure a healthy and fulfilling work environment for my team and to perfect all processes related to the client experience.

How long have you been here?

3 years and 10 months (4 Years in March)

What Logical value resonates most with you and why (Uplift, Commit, Teach, Be, Test, Communicate)

Uplift is the LMG value that resonates most with me. Every day I’m at work I’m inspired by the experience, knowledge and commitment shown by the team I work with. I try to learn from them every chance I have – and I’m always cheering them on.

Where is your hometown?

Arnold, Missouri

Education

Bachelor of Advertising and Marketing from Webster University

What are you most proud of accomplishing in your time here?

I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve formed with individuals of the LMG team and our clients, it’s what has me excited to go into work every day. I always try to think about the person on the other end of the email, video call and even the end web user. Thinking about what I can do to improve this person’s experience, and achieving it, always pays off.

Do you have any pets? If so, what kind and how many?

I have a 3 year old border collie/brown lab mix named Gertie! She’s extremely energetic and is the reason that gets me out of the house more often than I’d like to admit!

What can you be found doing outside of work hours?

Drawing, watching a new tv show/movie (or most likely re-watching something I love), performing, cooking or traveling back to my hometown to visit family and friends.

Favorite Chicago Bar / Restaurant

Gene and Georgetti Steakhouse

Book(s) you are currently reading or types of books you like to read

I have been slacking on the reading front, though if cookbooks count then the latest and greatest have been the ‘Binging with Babish’ and ‘Matty Matheson’ cookbooks!

A quote you like to live by; life mantra

“If you’re that good at something you won’t have to tell people they’ll tell you” was a quote from my Grandma. It’s always helped me remember to keep humble, focus on doing the absolute best job I can and not to be too concerned with much else.

Favorite Sports Team

I’m not the biggest sports fan in the world. In fact, I’ve had the rules of football explained to me every Super Bowl since 1997 and I’ve forgotten them every time. Though, as a (near) Native Saint Louisan it would be treasonous to select any teams besides the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.

Favorite Movie

Amadeus

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

A lot of people don’t know that I’ve been performing Improv, Sketch, and Stand Up Comedy for about 10 years now! I’ve trained at multiple theaters, traveled the U.S. doing it and met some of my best friends in the process.
