What do you do at Logical? (What are your responsibilities, day to day, types of accounts, etc)

I oversee all daily sales operations and business development for Logical, which includes:

 

– Handling all inbound sales leads from a multitude of lead sources

– Running introductory/discovery calls with prospective clients in order to learn their specific digital marketing needs, and establish a refined strategy geared towards their goals

– Create proposals to reflect recommended digital marketing strategy

– Perform audits of client websites and digital accounts, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon and more

– Create pitch decks for sales meetings

– Lead sales pitches with prospective clients’ marketing and executive teams

– Lead transition of deals closed to account/delivery teams

What Logical value resonates most with you and why (Uplift, Commit, Teach, Be, Test, Communicate)

I would say Teach – a really enjoyable part of our sales process is auditing clients’ current digital strategies/websites/competitive landscape, and giving them specific recommendations on a strategy moving forward, as well as providing a glimpse of our team’s expertise and what it would be like working with Logical.

What are you most proud of accomplishing in your time here?

Our entire agency has experienced tremendous growth over my 5 years here, both in terms of revenue and average client size, so being part of a two-person sales team during that period of growth has been an immensely fulfilling experience.

 

What can you be found doing outside of work hours?

Singing karaoke, watching sports, traveling, being a favorite uncle to my nephew and two nieces, bellying up to a bar at a brewery, or playing soccer.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

My great great grandfather, Norvell Churchill, saved General Custer’s life in the Battle of Gettysburg during the Civil War. 13 years later, Norvell denied Custer’s invitation to fight at Little Bighorn to focus on raising his family in northern Michigan (thankfully for me!).
