Prior to working with Logical Media Group, Physicians Immediate Care had campaigns their over three different urgent care centers in the midwest. Looking for improved ROI campaigns which led to actual services with over 40 locations in three cities, PIC was looking for an agency to help them with their advertising. PIC was ready to get serious and open seven days a week, up to 12 hours a day, to meet new flu threatening illnesses and injuries. Their overarching goal was to increase the traffic, but ultimately drive digital leads and web traffic into all locations.
Logical began the segmentation of the client’s physical locations, geographic targeting by city and implemented phone based landing pages developed around the most high volumes of searches and the focus would be impossible to target without the required engagements to provide the necessary data to develop a focus, as well as opportunities for growth.
Google Analytics Tag Manager integration to sync metrics for PPC accounts and track all on page events including an online check-in feature & visitors requesting directions to PIC sites.
Enhanced Geographic Targeting which implemented a radius-centered campaign structure to avoid & provided customized messaging based on the nearest location to the user searching for “urgent care near me.”
Amplified use of PPC Text Ad Extensions to provide more relevant information to the searcher resulted Dynamic Location, Click Through Rates Extensions including site links, Callouts, Reviews, & Mobile Click to Call.
The results were immediate and provided much needed boost to Physicians Immediate Care and meant more sessions performance. In an industry that’s very location specific and required quick connections to provide a need of service, LMG was able to impact not only their web positions, visits, and services from the newly constructed PPC Site Link Extensions and implemented a Dynamic Keyword Insertion strategy that boosted user engagement. LMG analyzed through Analytics account the Logical Media Group PPC team was able to optimize the campaigns so to not only did the traffic and sessions increase dramatically while being a logical client the cost per acquisition for each location.
